Lahore [Shahzada TV] Varendra Sehwag is one of the known batsmen of India has said that “Former Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar knows himself that he uses to jerk his elbow, he knew he was chucking too why would the ICC ban him otherwise” he further added that “ I could not trust what he could do if I hit him twice to the fence. Maybe a beamer or a toe- crushing Yorker”.
Shoaib Akhtar, a former Test cricketer, has responded to Varendra Sehwag’s condemnation of the Indus bowling action by declaring, “I am a national icon of Pakistan and I have never insulted any player.” If he knows more than the ICC, then he is entitled to his own opinion and that is a different problem. I don’t want to damage my viewpoint at an age when I don’t know what to say. Moreover, he said Cricketers should make sure their statements doesn’t disturb the Harmony between India and Pakistan.
Virender Sehwag’s point of view differs from mine. I request him to be mindful while making such comments on social sites. Further, he said that Virender Sehwag is India’s best opener, match wining and a brilliant player as well. I am at an age where I’m aware of my views, and I don’t want to offend anyone with my viewpoint,” he explained in Chat Room for Everyone. He further added that:
I don’t blame Virender Sehwag for telling such stuff, but he is my good friend, and I don’t blame Virender Sehwag since I always tried to out players without hurting or injuring anyone.
